When you visit the city of Tripoli in Lebanon, eating Samke Harra (Spicy Tahini fish) is a must. This renowned dish is traditionally eaten as a street food in Tripoli, rolled up in fresh Lebanese bread dripping in a tangy tahini sauce. At home we would eat it accompanied by its hero, a golden, caramelised rice, adorned in nuts and fried fish. This session takes you on a journey through Sivines home town of Tripoli and the iconic dishes she remembers eating growing up, her own mothers zesty eggplant salad, tabbouleh and battata harra (spicy coriander potatoes) of course! A vibrant summer menu.

Our Fish sessions start at 11am and usually run for around 3-4 hours.

**Menu items subject to change based on seasonality and availability of produce**
